As the year advances to its end less and less shows appear on the horizon but many are planning for 2008. It is a true statement that the majority of competitors don't diet as well in the winter season than during the summer. Holidays surely get in the way and events such as the Ironman Pro and Arnold Classic sometimes suffer from this issue.

Future Booths

For those of you who have asked about future HardFitness booths we are in the process of hitting up the larger events mostly. Calendars are a going to be for sale and possibly clothing as well. We are also in the process of deciding what materials we will have at the booth and also working on other details for all that. Most companies have a booth for marketing purposes which can be productive but no real proof can be shown to substantiate the expense. Its all an assumption as few supplement companies just need to show they are there despite the outcome. In other industries like the electronics, food or others the price to get a booth is a lot more. The Arnold Classic charges $2000 for 3 days and Olympia $2500 for 2 days, FitExpo $1700 for 3 days. Other industries for a single booth space can be up to $10,000-$20,000 for 3-4 days.

As far as who gets hired to work the booth that is also a good questions. We will be announcing the HardFitness sponsored competitors thru this website. The contracted competitors will be the ones that will mostly working the booths and also the models win the Calendar or any promotional ads or products will also be strong candidates too. Local models and competitors also have a great chance of working our booth given logistics.

We will also expanding and looking for more competitors to sponsor and work with in 2008. Its really a very selective process but anyone is free to give it a try.

Would like to also give a special thanks to Steve Rose who took the photos on this page for the show.
