How did you get interested in bodybuilding/working out?

I have always been athletic- I enjoy the challenge. Don't tell me I can't do something. I like showing that females can be strong, fit, & feminine. I was encouraged by a few people to give fitness a try.

How was your first show like, any interesting experiences?

I was nervous. I placed last in my first fitness show. Who would have thought I would win the Nationals tall class!

What do you like and dislike about competing?

It used to be balancing everything- food, training, time- It was much easier for me this time. I had a different approach and lots of support.

What are your future goals in this industry?

Be a success in my career as an educator. I do hope to enter some pro shows although my focus will be being a positive role model for women.

What do you see yourself doing in 10 years?

Training, expanding on my businesses and teaching others.

Please tell us something special about you that most people wouldn't know?

Well I already mentioned I like hard rock/heavy metal? Other than that?

My husband is big help and supporter. I couldn't have gotten here without him. I have to thank every single one of my clients as they really supported me. There are a lot of people I am grateful to.
