Editorial by Juan Carlos Lopez After the new year everyone is making resolutions of all kinds. Gyms are now invaded by people who have never been in the gym. The only problem with that is they think the gym works the way the want. They don't see any changes in their bodies and they quit. Less than a month they want a change in their bodies when they don't even do a diet. Lack of knowledge is the cause but also lack of patience. But that is fine, let them leave if they don't want to work hard. Rome wasn't built in one day. Arnold Classic is coming up, this year so far the booths are open not all taken as before. Wonder what is going on? Fit Expo is going on right now and it seems as usual with some traffic on Sat 11-2pm but other times not that strong with traffic. Seems like LA has many other things to do than go to a fit expo. Will expos come to an end one day? How many expos can you go to and still enjoy it? JC |
