A bit delayed with the issues but we will catch up!

Last trip to LA was great go three amazing shoots, you will be seeing them on the site soon!

Next trip this year will be Olympia, the industry is changing and not for the best as far as shoots go. We try to please the fans that do want more muscle or more sex appeal but unfortunately there isn't as much of either nowadays.

Olympia we will have the 2019 HardFitness Calendar that was just finished, it is being printed soon! We will announce the model list on the next issue.
