Editorial by Juan Carlos Lopez
The Arnold Expo was just cancelled a day before most people traveled. It has been an very complicated decision by the Arnold but the city has mandated the Columbus Convention Center not have any events. The spread of covid has increased and the state of Ohio had to make some decision in order to avoid an increase. Right before the Arnold Ohio had no covid cases but with travel coming up the state is scared that the spread
will be even more. At the time of writing this Ohio has a couple hundred covid cases and seems like the increase is likely.
Arnold expo has issued a statement that they will try to run the expo later in the year which seems far fetched given the unknown of the virus. Seems like the pandemic might go for a long time even a few years perhaps given the virus will likely mutate. Some other states like California are making very strict rules regarding open business, it seems like there will be a huge shutdown all over the world but of couse some states and countries will likely not follow.
We shall see the world of fitness try to battle a pandemic, stay tunes for updates.
