It's 2022 and I'm looking forwards to this new year and hopefully having the Arnold Sports Festival expo back to normal, and the Olympia as well. Anyone thinking of new year's resolutions? Remember that lifetime habits start with small changes and consistency! I think that the best way to make real changes without feeling overwhelmed is to break down goals into steps. You want to lose 20 lbs this year? Well that means you have to want to do the work, which is both incorporating changes with your diet and exercise. Start changing one meal a day to a protein smoothie or chicken and rice. If you need to plan a specific day to do exercise, plan it and push yourself to stay loyal to yourself and your promise to workout that day! It is feasible!
