Happy New Year!

How is is already 2023 and 3 years since the pandemic began? Who else feels like the last 3 years have blurred together?

I am so ready for a fresh year and for HardFitness to have a great full year of photoshoots and busy expos. Plans are for both the Arnold in March, and Olympia in November this year.
