Hello again,

Here we are at the end of the year. 2023 feels like the fastest year yet! We had NPC Nationals near Dallas and it was fine, but a busy time in holiday season. At least it isn't like last year with Olympia in December also! I am ready for the new year to begin. Time to turn the page on your HardFitness calendars! ;) And get the new 2024 calendar!

Cheers to 2024 and may it bring everyone health, joy, and some good memories to make.
