I have always been very athletic, but never taken anything all that serious. Then about three years ago I came in contact with a trainer, Wade Caussey. I began training with him a couple days a week, but nothing serious by any means. Then he asked me one day, why I don't really focus and train for a figure competition My reply was I enjoy beer and pizza to much!! HAHAHa! Really it came down to a lack of motivation. I went home that night and that conversation played through my head over and over again. So I came to him and said that figure might be to extreme, but how about a Hawaiian Tropic contest. So we put a plan together and away we went. I trained for about six months and I won 2nd place, which gave the 05 Miss Lake Lewisville title which allowed me to go to state

finals. I then placed top 20 at state. Which I was thrilled with. Not terrible for my first event, I thought. By watching how my body changed by sticking to a diet and routine, I was ready to try something harder. Then I started training for the 06 Hot Bod Model Search at the Europa Super Show in Arlington Texas .I trained for this event for a whole year. I put my heart and soul in to it.The results were amazing! It really paid off. I placed first!!! This is also where I met the man of my dreams. My Mr. Wonderful, Mike Davila. He also placed first in the male part of the Hot bod Model search. Ever since then we have been in separable. We began training extremely hard together. Helping each other in every way possible. If one of us was weak in one area it seemed the other new exactly how to help. This has differently helped our results. We have continued to make one another better and better! This past Feb. we competed in the 07 Iron Man Fit Expo, fittest couples. We dominated the show. We really shined and took home first place!!! Which has begun to open so many more doors for the two of us. We are so excited to see what this year has in store for us. We are on FIRE! Ready to work hard and show the world what we can do!!! We have many shows that we are preparing for this year. Willing and ready to take on the world.

I began aggressively training for the iron man in Oct. by adding some weight and building up some muscle mass. By Jan. 1st I had weighed in at 135lbs at about 11% body fat. The next for me was to change the diet for me this can be the hardest part. For the next three weeks I still lifted very heavy but reduced my carb. The 4th week I began lighting the weights increasing the reps and only taking in oatmeal and my vegetables carbs. My diet was the same everyday. I had oatmeal and 5 egg whites  for breakfast, protein shake after workout, ck. spinach salad lunch, almonds and no sugar ,no carb yogurt as snack, humus celery  another snack, ck 2 green vegetables for dinner. Ate every three hours.two weeks before show took out snacks and replaced it with 1/2 serving of ck breast. sodium loaded for last two days, then completely cut sodium all together and only ate egg whites, chicken, and spinach leaves. this lasted up to the day of competition As well as continuing to lift the whole time I took my cardio up to 1 to 1 1/2 hrs a day. which wears you out with the lack of carbs in your system. It was really tough but all the hard work really paid off!!! I showed at the iron man at 114 lbs and under 7% body fat. Mike and I are really excited about the upcoming year. There is going to be lots of great new experiences coming our way and we are ready to give it our best just like we do everything! We have recently started to market ourselves as THE DYNAMIC DUO!
