A trip to Phoenix proved interesting, with a few delays everything was fine. The Emerald Cup is coming up and so are the Nationals too.

Time to make a choice

Time has come for competitors to make choices given that Nationals are coming. Choices on suits: cut, color, suit maker, etc... anything else is also another choice. Tanning, shows to compete at, posing, photoshoots, conditioning and the list goes on. Fortunately the competitor has many people around to help her but its best to make your own decisions based on what you have learned and studied. There will be people that will tell you things about other people or other things but many times they don't know anything but they assume they do. The people who listen and don't question it are bound to fail. From religion to politics don't take for granted what you are told, learn, study and find what the truth is. Like Sir Arthur Conan Doyle said thru the pages of Sherlock Holmes: "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." and another one "It is a capital mistake to theorize before you have all the evidence. It biases the judgment."

In other cases you will find out something is right or wrong instantly not only in competitions but in life. Some decisions will make you stop competing such as family or children. Meeting the right person can stop your competitive career or it can further it and become a backbone in your life. It will time to make a choice...
