9) I notice that in the bodybuilding and fitness shows there are many great looking women that compete and are in amazing shape but they are terrible models and have zero modeling experience. It seems that women that start competing want to have a dream of winning big shows and being on certain magazines, working with supplement companies only in the fitness industry. They really forget that the real world not only is more lucrative but also gives you much more exposure. You have done a lot of modeling and acting and have an income from this, what would you tell these women in order to make them understand that what they are doing is not going to get them anywhere?
It's different for everyone. If a career in entertainment is your goal, then like anything else, you have to do some research in order to become a professional. You wouldn't go to a hospital and hand some sitting next to you a pain reliever, then go out and consider yourself a doctor. Training is key to success in any business.

She would like to see better care taken of competitors bodies in the "off-season". Many train so hard for those few moments on stage, and yet their bodies can sometimes be damaged because of it later. There needs to be a healthier balance.
13) What has been your hardest challenge to overcome either in your personal life or modeling career?
There is a lot of criticism in the industry. One day you are too sexy and the next, not sexy enough. People will always judge based on appearance. It's important to believe in yourself and have solid support from home.
14) I see a lot of women don't have a good support system around their modeling life, husbands/boyfriends that are very jealous and protective and they never get anywhere with that. What is your support system like? And have you ever been in a situation where a loved one has tried with no logical reason to stop you from modeling?
